1. Scope
AgentJE provides fixed-price tutoring and setup services, plus consulting, training, and implementation projects issued through a separate quote. The checkout summary or accepted quote defines the included work; work not listed there requires a new confirmation.
2. Order and payment
A fixed-service order is formed after the site creates an order and NewebPay confirms successful payment. A custom project follows the accepted quote and its payment link. Prices are one-time TWD amounts unless a quote clearly says otherwise. AgentJE does not ask for card details through LINE.
3. Scheduling and cooperation
You must provide accurate contact and environment information, maintain lawful access to the device or account involved, keep backups where appropriate, and attend the agreed time. Remote work requiring account access is performed only within the confirmed scope.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. Contact AgentJE promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not reuse or share temporary credentials after a handoff.
5. Changes, cancellation, and refunds
Rescheduling, cancellation, and refund treatment follows the refund policy and any specific quote. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
6. Deliverables and third-party services
You retain ownership of materials you provide. Reusable methods, templates, and pre-existing tools remain with their original owner unless the quote says otherwise. Cloud, model, messaging, payment, and other third-party services remain subject to their own availability, pricing, and terms.
