1. Before service begins
For a fixed service that has not begun, you may request cancellation and a full refund before the first confirmed session or remote operation starts. A change to the agreed time can usually be handled by rescheduling instead.
2. After work has begun
If part of the service has already been delivered, AgentJE will identify the completed work and refund the undelivered portion. A flat-price setup service is assessed against its confirmed checklist; hourly tutoring is assessed using completed time.
3. Custom quotes
Consulting, team training, and implementation projects follow the milestones and cancellation terms in the accepted quote. If AgentJE cannot deliver an agreed item, the undelivered portion is refunded.
4. Statutory rights
Distance-transaction rights under applicable Taiwanese law remain available. The seven-day cancellation rule and its legally defined exceptions depend on the transaction and the information and consent provided before service. See Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act.
5. How to request a refund
- Contact LINE @619oljrk.
- Provide the order number, purchaser name, and reason for the request. Never send card details or verification codes.
- After verification, the refund is submitted to the original payment method. The bank or payment provider controls the final posting time.
6. Failed or duplicate payment
If the result page remains pending, do not pay again immediately. Send the order number and payment time through LINE so the transaction can be checked. A verified duplicate charge is refunded to the original payment method.
