This policy explains what AgentJE processes across enquiries, bookings, member accounts, and payments, why it is used, and how you can manage it.

1. Data we process

Enquiries and checkout may include your LINE display name, mobile number, preferred contact window, service selection, order number, amount, and payment result. Booking may also include your name, email, phone number, learning goal, and selected time. A member account uses your email, display name, authentication records, and explicitly linked services.

Card numbers and card verification data are entered on NewebPay's hosted page and are not received or stored by AgentJE.

2. Why we use it

We use the minimum information needed to verify payment, arrange and deliver the service, prevent duplicate or fraudulent orders, provide account and booking functions, respond to support requests, and meet accounting or legal duties.

3. Infrastructure and processors

Cloudflare provides hosting and traffic protection, Supabase provides account and database services, and NewebPay processes payment. Non-sensitive marketing pages may use Google Analytics for aggregate usage measurement. Checkout, payment-result, and schedule surfaces do not load that analytics script.

4. Retention and protection

Information is retained only while needed for the service, support, reconciliation, dispute handling, security, or applicable legal duties. Access is limited by role and service boundary. No internet service can promise absolute security, so incidents are assessed and handled according to their scope.

5. Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, stop using, or delete personal information where applicable. Some records may need to remain for payment, tax, fraud prevention, dispute, or other legal obligations. Language preference and login cookies can be removed through your browser.

6. Contact

Contact AgentJE through LINE @619oljrk. Include the relevant order or booking number, but never send a card number, password, or verification code through LINE.
